According to the customer's specifications, NiTiMet Company and IE Bondarev AB will design, compose, deliver and run the production line on a turnkey basis (molding, extrusion, rolling, drawing, sizing, line-correcting (straightening), welding) for the production of semi-products (castings, ingots, rods, profiles, tubes, wire) of nickel-based alloys, titanium, aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, alloys with special physical properties, etc. with technological support and our innovative original solutions.

For production lines we supply the necessary accompanying equipment and instruments, that are needed to ensure the full technical control at all stages of the production process, including the input control on the preassigned parameters of operational control and final inspection of products.

We provide full technological support of all associated phases of mechanical processing of metals and alloys, and follow-up service.


A typical list of the equipment supplied with the technological support:

  • Extrusion lines: extrusion presses and the necessary accompanying adjustage (with machines and mechanisms for finishing and preparation for shipment of metal: cutting, editing, cleaning, labeling, etc.) and with the technological support.
  • Drawing tools, calibration tools, leveling machines and other related equipment with machines and mechanisms for finishing wire and rods (cutting, editing, cleaning, winding, unwinding, tying, labeling, etc.) with technological support.
  • Vacuum electric arc (including the crucible skull) and electron-beam furnaces for melting ingots of various alloys, including primary and secondary remelting charge, and with the technological support.
  • Induction and high-speed electric-metal heating furnaces.
  • Resistance heating furnaces for precision heating of ingots, rods and billets of aluminum, titanium, superalloys, nickel-based and refractory alloys before heat treatment with cooling processing in different environments or in vacuum.
  • Equipment for primary processing of powders, granules of different metals and alloys.
  • Non-standard equipment for checking the quality of semi-products by non-destructive testing.
  • Inert gas purification machines.
  • Electric-processing equipment for processing of hard alloys.
  • Swaging machines.
  • Equipment for the input and output products control.
